Calming anxiety and worry: what can help
Anxiety is common, and there are simple things that can ease it in the moment and over time: slow breathing, grounding, relaxing your muscles and setting aside time for worries.
These are self-help ideas, not a treatment. If anxiety is affecting your life, speak to your GP, and in England you can refer yourself to NHS talking therapies.
Find a sophrologist near you if you would like to learn these with someone trained.
