Relaxation for pregnancy and birth
Many expectant parents look for ways to feel calmer and more confident before birth. Breathing, relaxation and visualisation are used in some preparation methods, including sophrology.
These are coping and relaxation methods, not medical care. Tell your midwife what you are doing, and keep up your antenatal appointments.
Find a sophrologist near you if you would like to learn these with someone trained.
