A place of your own on Sophrology UK
Each area of the UK has a small number of places, usually one. If you are a trained sophrologist, apply for yours and get a page that people in your area can find.
Your own page
About you, your services and prices, reviews, how to contact you and your answers to common questions, each on its own address so it can be found in search.
Chosen, not crowded
Most areas have one place, and the five London areas have two. Visitors see sophrologists who have been picked, not a long list.
Found by people who need you
Sophrology UK is built around plain-English guides and articles on relaxation, stress and sleep. People who read them are shown the sophrologist in their area.
How it works
- 1
Apply
It takes a few minutes. Tell us about you, your practice and the areas you cover.
- 2
We review
We look at your training, insurance and the area you want. If the place is taken we will tell you and can note your interest.
- 3
Agree the terms
A place is a yearly subscription for one area. We send the current terms when you apply, and you pay nothing at the application stage.
- 4
Go live
We set up your page with you. Once it is live, people in your area can find you.
Who we are looking for
- Trained as a sophrologist with a recognised school
- Insured to practise
- Working in the area, in person, online or both
- Happy to be reviewed and to keep their page up to date

Questions
Can I be listed in more than one area?
You can ask for more than one area on the application form. Each area is a separate place, and we will agree what suits you.
What if there is already someone in my area?
Places are limited, so you may find yours is taken. Apply anyway and tell us the area: we will let you know if a place opens.
Do I pay when I apply?
No. Applying is free. We send you the current terms before you commit to anything.
I see online practitioners. How do they fit?
Practitioners who work online show an "Online sessions available" label, and visitors can filter for them. Online practitioners also take a place in each area they want to be found in.
I have not finished training yet. Can I apply?
We list trained sophrologists. If you are still training, our guide on how to become a sophrologist explains the route, and you are welcome to apply once you have qualified.
Ready to apply?
It takes a few minutes, and you pay nothing at this stage.
