Sarah James WhatmanSarah James WhatmanIn personI am a people and wellbeing consultant and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD). I work with large, medium and small employers on their people priorities, and I support young people and their families with their wellbeing through programmes in the local community. I am interested in people, their experience of work, and the journey through education towards a first full-time job. Supporting the wellbeing of a young person today shapes the working life they carry forward. I use sophrology, a mind and body relaxation method that combines breathing exercises, gentle movement and visualisation, to help people reach a calm mind in a relaxed body. I am based in Kings Hill, Kent.View profile
